A kitchen that keeps its layout is usually the quickest; moving walls, windows or plumbing adds time. Cabinet lead times are set before we start demolition, so the house is not torn open while you wait.

Yes. We open walls carefully, document what we find and talk through any surprises with you before we fix them.
